Our range of diagnostic services include:

LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS :  Thanks to our in-house laboratory, pathology results from blood and other fluid samples can be obtained in a timely manner. Using advanced equipment, our experienced team of pathologists and technicians can conduct a wide array of diagnostic texts and detect and monitor several health conditions.

RADIOGRAPHY:  X-Rays are invaluable in the diagnosis of various ailments including fractures, joint abnormalities, arthritis, respiratory disorders and the ingestion of foreign objects. Using our advanced digital radiography equipment, our veterinarians can provide accurate assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

ULTRASONOGRAPHY:  A non-invasive imaging technique that uses sound waves to create images, Ultrasonography can be used efficiently to study internal organs, detect tumours o cysts, evaluate cardiac function and even monitor pregnancy. Ultrasonography allows your pets to be thoroughly checked in a safe and comfortable manner.

ADVANCED IMAGING (MRI/CT SCANS):   In situations where advanced high-resolution and detailed images are needed, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or Computed Tomography (CT) scans are used to provide cross-sectional views of the body. This allows for diagnosis of complex conditions.

CYTOLOGY AND HISTOPATHOLOGY:   Cytology is the study of cells under a microscope in order to identify abnormalities and histopathology is the microscopic study of tissue samples. These tools are essential in the diagnosis of cancers, skin conditions and organ diseases. Our pathologists are highly skilled in these techniques allowing them to provide precise diagnoses

SPECIALISED TESTING:   Finally, at MaxPetZ, our expert team is equipped to perform specialised tests such as echocardiography, endoscopy, blood pressure monitoring or allergy testing.
